10:10 Congratulations to the Gwydir Council, on their well thought out forward thinking in so many ways. Such a clean and Tidy Town, offering free camping for travellers on the Gwydir River (Bingara), securing the future of the historic Roxy Cinema, Peters Milkbar and the establishment of cooking skills centre, introducing a modern APP on points around Bingara on history and walking tracks etc etc. etc. If other councils around Australia achieved what the Gwydir Council have, wouldnt Australia be such a wonderful place. So many councils for what ever crazy reason/s just bury their head in the sand and lose so many opportunities that are literally under their nose (my suspicion is many councils are pushed around by business/s wanting to line their own pockets and not for the good of the town as a whole). Well done Gwydir Council - I take my hat off to you - really impressed.
