  Bethel Farm Mill produce absolutely scrumptious veggie burgers and even cakes which are actually good for you! The Jaffa Chocolate cake is a personal favourite and I highly recommend the optional orange glaze. I am privileged to be able to support an Australian owned family business with such fantastic products and vision and thoroughly endorse them to anyone.

  Made this great Jaffa Chocolate cake from Bethel Farm Mill. Really easy to do and good for you too. Don't really make packet cakes but would definitely make this one again. Great flavour and fabulous texture - very much felt like a 'cafe" cake and it went awesome with coffee!!

  Cooked the warm and spicy veggie burgers two nights ago using the beetroot and onion option and they were delectable! I thought dicing the beetroot was going to be messy but we have one of those Alligator devices to dice onion and it worked beautifully on the beetroot too. Cooked well - yes i think best results are cooking slow for about 5 minutes each side. plenty of leftovers and can't wait until I try the next product! They would be great meals for bushwalking too because of the meaty texture without the need for refrigeration and the fact they are so easy to prepare- and of course light in weight!! Another market for you- wilderness shops and perhaps advertise in Great Walks magazine (a Yaffa Publications mag) which coincidentally I subscribe to. I have already recommended your products to a local contact who is a vegetarian looking for interesting options, and my daughter who is a nurse took a pack to Brisbane for a colleague who is also vegan and wants ideas.

  An amazing, family run business with delicious products. I love the veggie burger mix, with the ease of changing it to suit your taste and being so quick to whip up for my kids. Looking forward to trying to new cake mixes too!
